We take great pride in the materials, workmanship, and quality that are dedicated to creating each and every product from TRIBE Australia.

If, by any chance, you discover a defect in a product you have received, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Team at or through our Contact form.

To facilitate the assistance of our Customer Service Team, please ensure that your email contains:

· An image of the affected item.

· A description of the issue.

· The order number associated with the product.

Once we've had a chance to review your inquiry, our Customer Service Team will be in touch with how we can be of assistance!



If you are not completely satisfied with the size or style of your product, TRIBE Australia is happy to exchange for different sizes and styles as long as the following conditions are met:

· Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

· Items must be in original sale condition- unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused, and in its original packaging (if possible).

· Swim tag still attached (if applicable).

· When trying on items, ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

· We may be unable to accept the return of any item that has been scented, stained or washed.

Note: Customers are responsible for any incurred shipping costs for these returns. TRIBE Australia does not offer pre-paid return labels. We recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the value of the goods and includes a tracking reference when sending returns.

Once our Returns Team receives your return parcel, we will notify you via email.



Exchanges for items within the same range but in a different size or colour will not result in additional charges. If you wish to exchange for a different range, and there is a price difference, you may need to cover the difference.

We are, of course, happy to exchange or refund items if there is a manufacturing fault!
