At Tribe Australia we are proud to provide shipping both throughout Australia & Internationally.

All orders are shipped on business days of Monday to Friday within 48 hours of receipt of the order, including Express Post within Australia and International Post through Australia Post.

Orders received outside of business days will start the 48 hour dispatch time from the next business day.

We work as hard as we can to get orders out very quickly and on most occasions orders go out the same business day – if you need an order urgently or you want help tracking your order then please contact us at help@tribeswimwear.com.au and we can help you.  

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
In Australia we send goods by Express Post, which is overnight delivery and up to three days for remote or country locations – check out your location on the Australia Post website if in doubt.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All International orders are sent by Australia Post using Standard International Post with no signature required on delivery.

If you feel that you need a signature for safety then you can request an upgrade to Express Post by ticking the Express Post Box - all orders under $250 will be charged an additional postage charge for the upgrade and orders over $250 will not be charged any additional fees. Both Standard and Express International Post are fully trackable.

Delivery times may be effected from time to time by US Customs of which we have no control over - this may cause delays to your delivery. Please add a few days just to be safe.

You are responsible for the safety of your delivery - if a package is delivered and you are notified as such, it is up to you to retrieve it from your post box, or if you receive a card from USPS, then from your local Post Office.

If you do not pick up your package promptly and it either goes missing after delivery or is returned to us from USPS, then you are liable for the loss of the package or to pay for any postage / fees incurred by us in returning it to you.

Once your order has been dispatched we send you an email with the tracking # which you can use to track your parcel on the Australia Post website - once it arrives in your country of destination, E.g. USA - then you can use the tracking # to look up your delivery status on the USPS website.
